Established in 2004, Ningbo Fenghua Metal Products Co., Ltd. It covers about 10000 sqms, the building area is more than 6,000 sqms. It located in Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province and exports from Ningbo port. Currently it has nearly 120 employees inside. We are specialized in manufacturing various types of brass and bronze parts of valves, brass fittings for PEX and PEX-AL-PEX pipe systems for hot and cold water installations, including: straight union, elbow, tee, wall-plated elbow, brass valves and relevant assembly tools. We also provide high precision OEM machining parts for automotive field,natural gas equipmemt,refrigeration equipment ,breathing machine and so on. There are nearly 60% business exported to the southeast Asia, the middle east, european and American markets.
Our company is equipped with more than 100 sets advanced CNC machining equipments, including high precision processing centers and professional machines for brass fittings. We also have three sets of automatic forging machines to provide continual semi-finished products. We have professional skills in boring, grinding, cold extrusion, hot forging, turning and assembly .Meanwhile, we are equipped with the high-precision roundness instrument, contourgraph, tension tester, spectrum analyzer, conductivity instrument, thickness tester, digital projectors, roughness tester and other sophisticated detection equipments. All these can provide us the continuous, stable and high efficient guaranty for the company in production and quality control.
